Why am I being charged an installment fee?

A fee is charged if you elect to pay your premium in installments. You can avoid installment fees by paying your entire balance in full or by signing up for EFT which is a monthly checking or savings account deduction. To enroll, Log in or Register.

Can I pay my premiums quarterly or semi-annually?

For your convenience, we offer installment payments in annual, semi-annual, quarterly, bi-monthly and monthly cycles. Please contact your agent or a Customer Service Representative if you would like to change your current installment plan.

Can I change my monthly premium due day?

Yes, you can select a monthly premium due date that is most convenient for you. Please Contact Us for assistance. For policies on Electronic Funds Transfer you may update your scheduled withdrawal day in eService once per policy period.

I paid an extra month's premium on my last bill. Why am I getting a bill this month?

Any additional premium paid lowers the total remaining balance, with the remaining balance spread in equal payments based on the number of payments that remain. You will continue to receive a bill each period until your balance is paid in full.

Can I pay my balance in full or extend the payment due date?

You can pay your balance in full at any time. Once your policy renews, you will receive your first bill for the next policy year. To extend your payment due date, please contact Customer Service.
