What is Paperless?

By electing to go paperless, you are choosing to stop receiving selected bills or policy documents by mail. You can electronically view and print these documents and bills through eService. You can still request paper copies of your policy documents by mail.

Going Paperless allows you to securely access your documents, while reducing clutter and saving time. Log in to your eService account or Register to begin.

If I elect to go Paperless, will I still receive mail from Liberty Mutual?

Liberty Mutual will minimize paper mailings for Paperless customers. Some documents are still delivered by paper. An example is Auto Insurance ID Cards.
