David Welch

I am excited about the wide range of cost-effective programs Liberty Mutual has to offer. I hold an Bachelor's degree (honors) from Indiana Wesleyan University in International Relations & Political Science, as well as a Master's degree in Public Policy (International Conflict Resolution & Mediation) from Tel Aviv University. I spent several years abroad in Israel, and developed a passion for serving the less fortunate, focusing specifically on refugees and Holocaust survivors.

During my free time, I enjoy singing, snowboarding, travel photography and most recently volunteering as an executive board member of "American Friends of Helping Hand Coalition," which raises awareness for such groups.
