I graduated from Washington State University with a degree from Edward R Murrow School of Communication and a Political Science Degree, emphasis on Pre-Law. I am an active member of WSU Alumni Association (Go Cougs!) and alumnae of Alpha Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta.

I am also an active member of the community. I volunteer to raise funds and awareness for Asian Counseling and Referral Service, such as the annual Walk for Rice run/walk in Seattle, I mentor students at the UW, I am a board member of Korean American Health Professional Association, Korean American Professionals Society and the Morning Star Korean Cultural Center.

My husband Danny & I enjoy rooting for the Mariners, exploring the beautiful outdoors with Lily, our Cockapoo, barbequing with friends and family, and hunting for good eats around the Puget Sound region.

As a child of an immigrant, I have witnessed the true meaning of working hard to achieve the "American Dream".
