Our support staff can advise you on the most appropriate components for your patient's unique requirements. By offering more than one device for various applications, we can present an unbiased opinion on the best product to use to obtain the optimal prosthesis or orthosis for the patient.

We can assemble and test the components of your prosthetic system in our shop to insure that these are fully compatible and operate effectively together. If you want to integrate components from other manufacturers, we can add these to your prosthetic system as well.

When you have a problem, our staff can advise you over the phone and assist in diagnosing the problem. Often this allows us to send the necessary repair components to you for installation, thus minimizing the patient's down-time.

Repair

We service the products that we sell! Our staff of service technicians is capable of repairing all of the products, mechanical and electrical. This includes the products that we manufacture as well as those we import, so there is no concern for support when a problem occurs. Our turn-around is rapid, minimizing the down-time for your patient.

Training

We provide training through courses held across the country. These are taught by knowledgeable professionals and generally Professional Continuing Educational (PCE) credits are issued to attendees. Three-day courses on Upper-Extremity prosthetics, including the Boston Elbow are taught to prosthetists.
