Meet Dr. Alison Moy
Dr. ALISON MOY
Medical Director, Liberty Life, Liberty Mutual Insurance
Dr. Alison Moy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College and her MD degree from Emory University School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency through the joint program at the University of Connecticut, St. Francis and Hartford Hospital. In addition, Dr. Moy completed a clinical and research fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Yale University School of Medicine.
Once she discovered the role of medicine in life insurance, Dr. Moy decided to dedicate her career to this field and has been a leader in Insurance Medicine for the last 16 years. She is currently the Medical Director for Liberty Life, a Liberty Mutual company.
As a personal passion, Dr. Moy finds research on wellness and longevity fascinating and is engaged in sharing important studies with others, both within Liberty Mutual and related organizations.
Furthermore, Dr. Moy serves on the Board of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine. This Board certifies doctors in Insurance Medicine, and for the last 12 years, she has been a presenter at the "Triennial Course," which instructs doctors who are new to the field.
