Deductible Recovery -- If another party was at fault for an accident, we have dedicated units who aggressively pursue collection from the responsible party's insurance carrier and prompt reimbursement of your deductible.

Drive-In Appraisal Centers - We have conveniently located drive-in appraisal centers. Most auto claims can be settled immediately -- you may receive your check and repair estimate during your appraisal appointment.

Fraud Detection -- We aggressively resist fraudulent claims that may be brought against you. We work closely with the National Insurance Crime Bureau and local law enforcement agencies to detect and deter fraudulent claims.

Glass Replacement Services - We have an extensive network of glass replacement facilities and the repair can be completed at your home, work or other convenient location.

Roadside Assistance - You will receive access to a toll free, 800 number to over 17,000 authorized tow and service facilities and over 10,000 professional locksmiths on call in the U.S. and Canada.

Substitute Transportation - We can arrange replacement transportation during the time your vehicle is under repair. Frequently the vehicle can be delivered to you.

Vehicle Locator Services - In the event your vehicle is damaged beyond repair, we can assist you in locating a comparable replacement vehicle.
