I switched to working with Stephanie and her team after my van was stolen and my previous insurer took forever to resolve the claim because my agent never helped with the claim. I have had a couple of claims and have appreciated Stephanie’s help getting my van back on the road.

So I just want to say this Stephanie has been amazing over this time I've used about like 10 different cards to try to pay my insurance and nothing was working I would literally been on the phone all day with her trying to get this figured out I had to go open an account and she was so patient with me so amazing anybody needs insurance anything get a hold of Stephanie through Liberty mutual she's amazing thank you again Stephanie I appreciate it
