The time to repair a vehicle varies depending upon many factors. Usually within 24 hours the Liberty Mutual authorized representative will complete a damage appraisal which will provide a timeframe on when your vehicle should be ready for return. If you wish, a status update may be communicated at that time.

A Liberty Mutual representative will contact you prior to the repair completion to schedule an appointment for the return of your vehicle.

If your deductible applies, you should make payment as soon as possible so that your Valet Driver can promptly return your vehicle upon completion of repairs. The body shop will not release a vehicle to Liberty Mutual, or to you, before the payment is received. As a result the Valet Driver will not be able return your vehicle until the body shop receives your deductible payment.

Liberty Mutual only partners with the highest performing body shops for the Valet Service and we guarantee the accident related repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If you are not satisfied with the repairs, the Valet Driver will return your vehicle to the body shop and you stay in the rental vehicle while your concern is addressed.

You have the option of visiting the shop to see your vehicle, but please keep in mind you will still need to pay your deductible prior to the body shop releasing your vehicle.

Service not available in all states. Valet Service is available only if your policy contains rental car coverage. Daily limits apply. Damage must be a covered loss. Please see the applicable SSP or Guaranteed Repair Network Limited Lifetime Warranty for details. Other eligibility rules apply.
