The agent was very eager in the beginning when trying to get me the home insurance. She was very helpful and answered all questions and always very prompt to respond. 1 year later, my rate increased and i asked her what could be the reason. She went and looked into it. She gathered all info and told me she was gonna call back. I tried to call but she was pre occupied. She never called back. 2 weeks after, i tried to follow up and she sounds like she could not be bothered like how she was in the beginning. My (increased) rate remains the same as of this writing and never gave me any updates. Kind of disappointed.

Great insurance company. My son car was totalled due to a deer 🦌 that came out of now where on Christmas night. They got him in a rental car and when I say they took care of everything without the wait or the hassle. They emailed us assuring us that they would take care of everything and they did what they said including offering a discount to get a rental car extention until he can afford another car. They are top tier and the insurance agent was awesome They are NOT LIKE others insurance companies I've dealt with in the past. I'm so glad we switched from our previous insurance company and we saved a huge amount of money. They are not progressive lizards on the state farm running to all state.  Liberty Mutual Insurance Company is Awesome. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you

Unfortunately, I had some undetected flooding in my home due to a leaking water heater and connections to my humidifier.  I was forced to file a claim to my previous insurance company in order to have the problem and damage fixed.  Little did I know that my insurance company would triple my premium!  This was an extreme financial hardship for me.  Andree was able to offer me excellent coverage at a much more affordable premium, and the switch was seamless.  I live in Illinois, and even though Andree lives in a different state, it was great that she is licensed in multiple states and able to provide service to me  easily with a phone call, text or email.  And she is so wonderful to work with!  I am very impressed with this new company and with Andree’s service - and so thankful for the significant savings!

I highly recommend contacting Andree Pospisil for your insurance needs.  She reviewed our current home and auto insurance and spent time looking for the right policy for. Andree was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I had just bought my first car and knew very little about what coverage I would need.
