Customer service from this company sucks, Every time you try to call somebody to speak it routs to somebody who never answers your call, eg michael remirez . this person will never return your call because this is regarding paying you

Too expensive for the same exact insurance everyone else offers.... These insurance companies are over regulated by the State, (California), that there's really no difference in any of them. The laws and regulations in California is the biggest reason why insurance is so expensive here.

If you have Liberty Mutual as th Insurer, please switch carrierrs. My husband and I were fire victims of the Santa Rosa fire.  Our insurance adjustor initially told us we had 180% replacement cost coverage because it was considered a catastrophe. Six months later when it is time to write the final check we receive a call from the "Large Loss" Team Manager saying the previous information that we were given was inaccurate and that we only have 135% replacement cost. Finding this after the fact and now not being able to rebuild our home devastates us. LIBERTY MUTUAL YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

In probable black out due to serious Fire Danger, I parked my car ouside my garage. I called Roadside service because dash showed flat tire.  I am a senior and wanted to be sure I could leave my home safely, if necessary.  Service Rep Richard was great, he checked all my tires and found all were seriously low. I will request him in the future.

Best service from AJ. He is  knowledgeable and listen to customer needs.
