I filled out close to 20 online forms for quotes for different auto insurance policies.

My contact person who is Catherine P. Was great. Met her at a function a few months ago and she's been checking in with me ever since. Wasn't able to set up anything right away because of things going on but she was always courteous about it and randomly checked in. Have 2 good policies. Super sharp, knowledgeable. Answered a long string of questions and inspired my confidence. I’m pleased. Highly recommend.

One aspect I needed for my insurance needs was a real person to work with when it came to policies, coverages, changes and claims. I gave Catherine a shot for one car coverage after a street fest meet and she excelled so well that all my cars, RV, Harley and business are covered through Liberty Mutual now.
