Heidi has been amazing to work with! Last year we came to her needing auto, home and umbrella insurance.  She compared carriers, gave us our various options, and explained the differences in the policies. This year our mortgage was bought out by another company and we received a letter that our homeowner's policy wasn't titled the exact way they wanted it. Fixing this would have been a huge headache for me, but Heidi knew exactly what to do and took care of it. This is why it can be so nice to have an agent!
