Rebekah is definitely customer service oriented from the first phone call. I was only with her less than a year and honestly very disappointed at how her loyalty to me changed when my BMW got totaled. She will tell you to call the 1800 number instead of keeping someone like myself who pays for the their policy in full I am going elsewhere. She honestly got me a better rate than any other insurance company and more perks! Not sure if she’s just growing but unfortunately after dealing with liberty mutual for 4 almost 5 months before they declared my 2022 X4 a loss I will NEVER be back to them again. I wish Rebekah nothing but success I just wish she was still more personable.
