Protection of our highest value items against disasters is so important, ask anyone who has messed this part up and bring a rag for their tears.  It takes time to work through the details, and you need an agent that will take the time to make sure you know what you need and that you are covered.  The offerings are not something we all fully understand.  You need someone to work through this with you.  I was hoping I could find someone that would but found a superstar with Charmaine.   I can only tell you that five stars was not enough and I made sure the corporate executives knew how pleased I was with their agent.
