This is one of my best experiences with auto insurance, Mabel Avelino was excellent. she explained every aspect of how the insurance works and found the perfect solution for my needs. After paying over a thousand dollars for auto insurance, he was able to dramatically reduce my bill saving $300 each month by understanding what kind of coverage I need. I was looking for a new quote because my bill was to much! I meat Mabel Avelino and she was very nice with me, she speaks my language and she was very clear.  I'm saving $100. I felt confident and in a good hands! Of course I'm keeping my policy with her and I'm sending mu family and friends to her.

I understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in providing the best experience and service to our customers. I was able to research your policy and it was actually not sold through this local sales office. If you'd like to review your policy, please call at 844-349-8391.

I would give them 0 if possible.  This company is a liar and of little word.  When they sold me the insurance they sold it to me with a price and now it turns out no, that I have to pay more.  IT DOES NOT WORK.  I will not take them again as insurance or much less recommend them to anyone.  TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Overpriced. Literally double what I pay with Progressive. Only used this insurance for a few days to drive a car home to NJ from Florida. $2k a year???? Yeah no lmao.

Great quote and customer service. Purchased new policy.

I filled out an online quote in my search for better car insurance rates and was given a call by Stephanie Deeb, we spoke about what my needs were and she told me she’d give me a call back within 10 minutes once she found the BEST policy for me. 10 minutes went by and Stephanie called , my rate dropped significantly and I gladly switched to Liberty Mutual. Stephanie was very professional and helped make the entire experience seamless and easy. Ask for Stephanie and if you’re looking to get a new policy!!

I purchased a car insurance policy with Liberty only to find out that the policy was almost twice the cost of my current plan with GEICO. After calling to cancel the policy, I was told that I would receive a refund of the full amount within 3 to 5 business days. It took 3 weeks to get my refund and had to call them twice to get that done. I guess the company had to hold onto my monies for the interest because they cannot complete with other companies like GEICO! BAD COMPANY to work with of any I have dealt with in the past!!

Met my new insurance agent, Jacqueline Clark, at the office to finish signing my new policy paperwork and obtain hard copies for my policys and my daughter's new policys.  I talked to Jacqueline on the phone so many times and she has such a wonderful personality, so it was a real pleasure to be able to meet with her in person yesterday.  Customer service is everything in any business. I am not a Liberty Mutual client, I was currently unfortunately hit by one of their clients that is completely at fault and my car became a “total loss” but I have been on top of Liberty Mutual constantly calling about my claim and as much as I feel like a burden my agent Alexis Dubas is extremely patient and makes sure I get as much information and updates so I can get my money for my new vehicle, I try my best not to overwhelm her because her job title isn’t the easiest which is completely understanding, but her work ethic is extremely professional and I’m so glad I received her as my claim agent, not by choice but I got extremely lucky. She needs more recognition because she really does her best to meet her clients expectations, love her! She makes me want to get Liberty Mutual. I will never work with this company again. Their team do not take appropriate notes. The agents are not helpful. They will continue to try and bill you even if you cancel their policy.

Liberty Mutual will not take care of you. If you are not at fault, they will still do everything and anything to avoid paying your claim correctly. But if another party is involved, they will roll out the red policy. This office took erroneous notes and did not cancel my policy despite a verbal request to the office manager.

Worse company to claim your car damages, rashae Olds is the only person that handles all the claims she made me go to world glass collision , took off work, got there the guy said no appointment was made, so a week latter I called and find the same rashae Olds, I explained previous experience she requested to get two estimates from my preferred shops, I went to auto nation and orlando body shop, got two estimates sent it to her through email, 3 weeks later she said I haven't received estimate, and today I spoke with her she said she received the estimate which she lied abouta... and she said she cannot pay what these two estimators quoted, she wants to send an appraisal... and she is rude unprofessional doesn't have a timing schedule does not have appraisal of their own... weird service never experienced such thing, I work in a navy and I m leaving at any time... I decided to get a lower instead.

The police report states their insured was at fault but I have been told every time I call that a investigation is being done to determine fault. How when it clearly is stated on the police report along with eye witnesses. I have had the most horrible experience and my car still hasn’t been fixed!!
