Linzy has been amazing for our family. We started working with her as we started a search for more comprehensive coverage. She provided us with a list of options for rental insurance and auto bundles that matched our needs and price points. Then she helped us find home and auto bundles that worked for our needs. Most recently she has helped us to move to a new carrier after our former dropped their home policies. Every time Linzy has been super responsive, has helped us through the process of setting up end and start dates for coverage to ensure we maintained these following GA policies and law, and is always available if we have had questions. It's not every day one can say they've actually ENJOYED the process of getting new insurance coverage, but...I have! In fact, it's the first (and likely last) time in my life I can make that statement. Working with Linzy Parsons was an effortless joy--found ways to make connections (our cats). But even more importantly, she made a promise she COULD keep: while finding the right company to provide the most cost-effective coverage for my new home she made it clear she understood how much I wanted to leave my current auto insurer and bundle. When I got kicked off my auto policy, Linzy stepped in and rescued me AND saved me money.  She had to deal with complicated issues like both cars and drivers out of state, teenage drivers etc...She was very honest with me about my options, which I appreciated.  In the three weeks since I have had the policy in place, she has checked back with me three times to be sure I am satisfied and see if I need help with.  I  believe she really cares for her clients and does a great job taking care of them!

Linzy, was absolutely 'perfect' in every regard, she followed up and followed up again,  and I needed someone like that because I'm not the sharpest person in the world on filling out forms on a computer.
Additionally she saved me over $1,000 per year for my two cars.
Definitely a five star....
