Romaine was a pleasure to work with because she was friendly, sincere, knowlegeable, helpful and prompt. We contacted her at the 11th hour with an insurance need and expected there to be a lapse in coverage because of the late start.  We had the needed coverage within a couple days - no lapse. With there being so much negativity regarding customer service at businesses in general, she was truly a welcome change!
