I am a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have two children and we enjoy a variety of outdoor sports and activities. Kelly helped my family insure both our vehicles, and put a lot of work into helping me find exactly what I was looking for in car insurance. Definitely my go to person and place for insurance! We have insurance with this agent. The policy after an inspector looked at our house said our new roof was over 10 years old. I sent proof that it is infact a new roof and was told by Jared that his manager quit and to give him a few days he would fix it. Never heard from him. That was months ago. The issue is if there is damage to roof the insurance company will not pay what it would cost to replace back to the state it was in when damaged. This is fraud. I explained this to Mr. Jared and no reply. Bad situation.
