I highly recommend Jane Woods and Comparion Insurance for all your insurance needs.  My wife and I are so very happy Ms. Woods reached out to us regarding our insurance policies.  Initially she inquired about combining our homeowner’s and auto policies even though they were with different companies.  She was able to combine our homeowner’s policy with Liberty and our auto policy (two vehicles) with Progressive as if they were with one company to garner discounts that significantly saved us money on both.  I reached out for her help recently at the time of our homeowner’s renewal, to see if she might be able to help us save money again.  I got some quotes myself from a couple large low-cost insurance companies for both home and auto so I would have something to compare to.  Ms. Woods was able to give me quotes from other companies she represents that beat the quotes I got on my own.  Not only did she lower the cost of our homeowner’s and auto premiums that were up for renewal, but she additionally got us significantly more coverage and at a lower price than we had a year prior.  We are so pleased with Jane Woods and her efforts to save us money while providing superior coverage to boot.

I had an accident in November with one of their clients. I have not had any contact with the adjuster since the end of November. I have attempted to reach her many times. I leave voice mails for her. She has no interest in helping me. Then there was an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle repaired without my knowledge.  I can't safely drive my van. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know. Tey won't even write me a check for the damages. It's horrible how these people treated me.

Liberty mutual is currently holding my car hostage for no reason at a tow yard after my vehicle accident last Wednesday because they can’t seem to coordinate a tow company to pick my vehicle up from the tow yard and get it to the service shop no one will respond to me and give me any possible update or help me and everyone seems confused as to why I’m so mad at this point I think I just need to call South Bend Police Department and report my vehicle stolen unless someone can actually help me

Great insurance.. unless you actually plan to ise it . $340/ month and doesn't even include towing or lock outs. Save your time and your money go elsewhere! Waste of time

When I got this insurance I asked for same benefits and the same $500 deductibles that I had in my previous policy. Yeah when I called in a claim to get my trunk fixed, I was hit with $1,000 deductible in the winter kind that was supposed to be set up for me was never set up and had to pay a $50 deposit for the car and could only go 90 miles when I told them I have to drive back and forth from South bend to Elkhart each day to take my son to work. So my $50 was gone in 3 days when my car was in the shop for a week. I had to get a ride to the place to pick up the car and then there was no car available. I was stranded at the car shop and then at the car rental company so I had to delay put in my car into the shop until I got a ride to drop it off the next day.

Constantly giving employees the day off because of computer issues but not paying them for the balance because scheduling is imputing VTO instead of paid time off. Supervisors are unwilling to help and the HR hotline has such a long wait to hear back there’s nothing they can do

My wife and I recently had our truck break down, and we have roadside assistance on our policy. We had to have it towed, and much to my amazement they went above and beyond to help and to ensure that we were satisfied customers, which was fantastic as we haven't even had Liberty Mutual for long at all and they treated us as if they had our business all along. So nice to see a company that cares about not only getting customers, but actually keeping them as well. You have a great team!

This place seems to be a great place to work for;however,  when you ask for help (and everyone knows you're new) they tell you to go to your resources. Which is fine. I will go to my resources and find the answer myself, but please belive that my hold times are not a concern because you have failed to assist me.
