This is an exemplary insurance office.  The agents are thoughtful, kind, and have amazing customer service.  They will find policies that fit your budget and needs, and if they can't, they will refer you to others who can.  I have had my insurance policies with them for years, and I always work with the same agent (Luzed Guzman), who is amazing. Would highly recommend!

Why can't liberty mutual have people answer there phones? So when a customer has a question about something they can get answer not be frustrated automatic system that doesn't understand the customer!!
Why does liberty mutual make updates on policy without talking to there customers about these updated because they are not free and they cost money just because you think it's a good idea maybe the customer can't afford it at the moment

Very responsive and friendly. Has handled any issues/changes we have had quickly and professionally 

Would give 10/10 stars if I could . Melanie shopped my insurance with several carriers and found the best rate for me . She found a rate that no one else can beat . The communication was GREAT.  She was very patient and understanding with me . Alysa O’Connor was GREAT as well. She helped me with registering and plates. She was also very understanding and had great communication. She even offered to deliver my plates . Both Melanie and Alysa were very fast with getting me insurance, registering and plates . They both are here to help the community out . Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely the worst Insurance Company. Just turn on a TV or YouTube video and they plaster you with ads. 100% sales driven organization with absolutely no customer service. This company would do well to fire their marketing Department. Then take the money they saved and actually hire some customer service people. But don't take my word for it just turn on the TV and observe the amount of advertising they do versus other insurance companies.

Horrible service. Doesn’t matter if you call multiple times to assure a payment was processed on their end. They will tell you your all set knowing there’s a possibility that you might get a return payment, even though their app says you paid and you got the confirmation from their employees. Couple days later you will get an extra fee because you didn’t pay your bill.

When it comes to claims these people are the worst. I get it, it’s a business and everyone has to get paid, but they are not for the people in anyway shape or form. Very sneaky, and vague with information

Honestly the worst car insurance. How does the premium cost go up every year? With no accidents ? BUGGING !!

Insurance was cancelled,called spoke to four different representatives they all told me I was approved reinstatement and needed to pay a payment of $410 asked if they could document that to my account and I will call later to make the payment, when I called this new representative told me I needed to pay the full remaining balance of 910, I explained that I was told a different amount by four different representatives. She put a supervisor on ,she than explained that all four were wrong I explained that they spoke to a supervisor and that's what was quoted she said she put in a note for them to receive more training and if I can't pay to go elsewhere..I let her know I liked the company and did not want to leave and she said there is nothing they can do

Got a new car and my insurance went up by 300 dollars! I switched to another company for the same amount of coverage and it was 250 dollars less then what they were going to charge me.

Very good insurance
Of course always go out and get a better quote but for some reason every time I go back to them they always do such a good job at finding me the lowest quote

They screw up your payments the second you are a couple days late even with it being your first time. They have an attitude . As soon as you don't want to be with them anymore they get worse. Many of my family and friends have complained about them be very cautious .

THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES COMPARING AND SHOPPING AROUND COULDN'T FIND ANYONE ELSE TO BEAT THESE GUYS!!!

The worst insurance I had...no human sense...no ethics...My husband got hit by a car. Was a hit and run. He sent liberty the guilty person...We still have to pay the $500....they dont want to follow the rules...they wont fight for your rights...i have cancer...my husband had a back surgery...they are bad...bad people...

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy insurance from Liberty Mututal. I paid them on time for a year and a half, got better rates elsewhere and Liberty tried to charge me well over $100 for up to 3 weeks after cancellation. Not to mention when I signed up originally my agent never sent me the RMV-1 forms and I had to do all that myself online. He called me 3 days later after I had done everything myself.
SCAM!!!! I called in to resolve it, and everyone has an excuse about “That’s just how the law works, we don’t have to prorate in Massachusetts so that’s your bill.”

My Experience with insurance has been awful worst then ever they no good at all I don't recommend to no one irresponsible and none professional sadly they careless for people
