Hello, my name is Scott Lavallee and I am proud to be part of the Liberty Mutual team. I have worked for Liberty Mutual for 13 years now. I have worked 29 years in the insurance Industry. I am a graduate in Business Management from Rhode Island College and also attended Merrimack College. I enjoy spending time with my wife Elaina and my children Zachary and Sophia. I am active in my towns girls youth Softball program. I am currently sitting on the board. Scott is an incredibly knowledgeable agent that worked with my family to make sure we had the right coverage at a good rate. You really want someone who understands the ins and outs of insurance and can explain things to you. Scott was the only one that was able to find me an affordable insurance rate in my time of need. All the other insurance companies were charging me outrageous amounts of money due to my young age and Scott was the only one that found me a great quote. Scott is all about customer service. He listens to your requests, answers knowlegeably and spends the time with you getting the details right. Scott is a long time insurance professional and he cares about making sure you get the right policies for the right price. He calls back on time, makes great suggestions as to how you can lower your premiums and actually cares about the service he is providing. There are not many agents like Scott left. Make him yours if you want a pain free experience. I can absolutely recommend Scott.
