One thing I don’t have is patience, and Mark works very quickly and efficiently. I was able to get car insurance in under 15 mins, and Mark went over all of the details and answered my questions without seeming as if I was bothering him. I highly recommend Mark, he is very professional and friendly and we don’t see a lot of that today.

Very quick at getting me insured. I assume he could've easily had me insured within a few hours or less, but my availability didn't allow that timing.
Mark did all the heavy lifting at comparing 20+ different policies and finding the best deal for me. He also found a great flood policy within minutes after I asked about it.
He was very friendly and not trying to make a sales pitch or pushy at all, just tried finding the best deal for my needs.
