I used this insurance company but when it was time to put my money to work liberty was not on my side

Their customer service reps are the most helpful& patient people I've ever spoken to. They have the cheapest rates which is why I chose them to insure my vehicle.

As a primarily a commercial insurance broker I have recommended a few of my clients to go see Danielle or Elizabeth at this office and everyone has had a favorable experience for their automobile policies.

Never know what they're talking about. They transfer me 4-5 times to get me to the person I need to be speaking with. I got hit from behind and ever since then this whole process has been a complete nightmare. I have Safe Auto and the guy who was at fault carries this agency.

Everything was done and all but I want to give this review to hopefully encourage CheQuai D. Johnson Senior Commercial Insurance Representative to have a better attitude because she kept interrupting me as well as having an attitude for no reason. I assume she just doesn't like her job I don't know but she needs a reality check because it was really difficult to speak to her when she avoided talking to me or answering any of my questions without giving me attitude.

I'm insured with Allstate Insurance "Great Company" my story is this.

I was involved in an accident with an Liberty Mutual Insured Driver,. The CHP officer, the CHP Report along with my Insurance company (Allstate Insurance) place full fault on the Liberty Mutual Insured Driver,.  My truck has since been repaired by not by Liberty, but by "Allstate Insurance", Allstate says they will be submitting subrogation for repayment "good Luck"!  Liberty has indicated that they may need weeks to months to establish that their insured was at fault and that they will not except any fault until they have completed their investigation.

The moral of the story "Liberty Insurance" don't believe their TV Commercials.  believe the reviews left by their insured.  had they been polite, courteous, accepting and helpful in getting me back on the road I'd have a better review, not great, but better.

If you choose to go with them,  you can count on them not taking responsibility even when your at fault.  that might be good for you, or NOT. I'm bring suit against the driver and their insurance company as a result.week after the accident, they wouldn't be talking to my lawyer.  GOOD LUCK ALL.

I was involved in an accident with a Liberty insured driver. Law enforcement found them guilty and they were given a citation. I  have had to do all the leg work for the claim. Constantly providing them with the information they needed. It's been 4 months and nothing has been done. Takes weeks to return emails and phone calls. Get the runaround all the time. At least if I am looking for a new insurance provider I will know not to use them.

BEWARE!!!! This company will not stand behind the policies that it sells. They will sell you policies knowing that you will not be covered in the event of a loss. I was blatantly lied to and told that I would be covered in the event of a claim, I am now responsible for over $10,000 in damages to my home. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I was left with a flooded basement for 3 days because the adjusters are not able to be contacted during the weekend.

Just when i thought i was done with these clowns.  I recently had a giant bird fly into my car and the hood went flying and dented my car and broke my windshield. These clowns fixed up my car and then apparently i owed some type of fine. It was $100 dollars and they called me 3 times a day for 3 weeks until i couldn't deal with it so i took care of that bill. Next week, i get a $600 dollar fee for some insane reason. $100 was enough to pay for no reason but i wasn't giving them $600.  They refused to give me a good reason of why i owed this much. They eventually dropped it when i switched to a new insurance company. 4 months later, just when i thought i was done with them, these clowns are back on my case with a $400 dollar fine. I'm so done with them

They saved me money on my policy and the people is very friendly and helpful

Best insurance u can carry. The people are all very friendly and try to get the best price for u even if it's with another company. I would not go any were else. Unless u have to I stand by them
