Thieves. They started out good but they slowly increased the the premium till i was paying like I was high risk. I haven't had an accident or traffic violation in well over 20 years. When I canceled my policy,
they still billed me claiming I was paying premiums in the middle of the coverage period .switched companies I saved a bundle.

Worst customer service.   Does not pay a fair, just amount for a claim. "They don't pay what they need to pay,"  In my opinion totally worthless insurance!

I’m so disappointed in this company. They lie to lure you into signing up taking advantage of the pandemic. After I confronted them about the verbiage used by one of their marketing reps stating that I was not going to be charged for a month of coverage the supervisor literally laughed and said they are not responsible for how their reps word things at the time of sign up. What on earth is that?! I was baffled. They take no ownership and don’t care to assist you with any payment plan to avoid any collections to your acct after you close out your policy with them when they failed to tell you the truth in the first place. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

Be prepared to wait a good hour for a representative to pick up.

I am really frustrated and angry with this company, I really have 2 years waiting for my refund, I am about to spread my experience in every possible communication medium.  If you are in the same situation as me contact me for a class action lawsuit.

Using Joe Gargiulo in Hauppauge office for many years now, has always provided excellent service.  Very pleased.  Would definitely recommend.

Would have 5 stars, if the adjuster had been sooner. I know they don't want to hear the bill is not paid on time!

These people quote me a price after I paid the money and agreed on a monthly payment they Jack the price up on the first month I don't think they're that great about ready to get another Insurance Company

Property was broken into and vandalized... After talking to Underwriter is lowballing us... I feel like I've been Robbed Twice
