Cindy went above and beyond what I was expecting.  I had called the main number to Liberty Mutual only to tell someone about the volume of letters I was getting from Liberty Mutual.  Cindy answered and explained that because I had used Everquote like 6 months ago, they kept requesting quotes.  Do not ever use Everquote use an agent like Cindy.  While she had me on the phone she asked if I would like for her to search around to see if she could find me a better price than what I was currently paying.  She followed through and really did get me a better quote.  The coverage was for more than what I had with Geico and the price was substantially less.  She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.  I never had to wait for her to get back to me either through email or the phone. Not only did she call me after 5:00 on a Friday but she answered an email on Saturday!  She is driven, reliable and quite friendly.  I highly recommend that you call Cindy for your insurance needs.

After our son got his own car insurance policy Cindy went out of her way to review the policy after he dealt with a different insurance agent.  She found that he had been signed up for rental insurance when he didn't need it and had another driver on his policy which was not accurate. She saved him money on his policy but going above and beyond.
