In every experience I’ve had with the Buffalo Comparion sales team member(s), they’ve always addressed every concern I had and were fully transparent through the sales process. I’ve gone through this office twice now for two different insurance products and each time they presented me with several options to pick from and build a package specific for me(while also sharing their personal recommendations for coverage options based on their experience along the way). Each time was a low stress hassle free experience and were very timely in responding back to me. One of their insured hit a car behind me which was pushed into me. They ignored outreach from my company (Allstate) continually for months and did not pay for everything. Terrible company. Would not recommend.

Really bad customer service skills with my adjuster. It's been 7 days and nothing has happened with my claim. Zero contact. When I called for service they said he didn't contact me because I said I would call back. I must have forgotten that. But shouldn't they make a point of following up? I'm a very busy person. The customer service rep ended the conversation when and how she felt like and disconnected abruptly without answering my questions. Seems like trying to cover their own a$$.

I called to inquire whether I had coverage for a water claim. I was told I did not. I had the water problem resolved on my own. New home owner policy came in mail with an increase if $150. Was told the increase was due to my inquiry, even though no claim was paid out.! Now all insurance Co. See this as a claim and I'm forced to pay higher amount for insurance.

I was in a accident a little while ago and had my pregnant wife in the car, we were pulling out from a parking lot to the middle lane, traffic was stopped for me and from across the street a lady floors it across oncoming traffic and into my car, she lied to liberty m about the accident. And liberty took her side and didn’t inform me about anything that was going on, they refused to listen to witnesses I had. Didn’t inform me I was at fault, didn’t inform me about anything that was going on. They fully believed someone else’s insurance story and claim and ignored the truth and eye witness reports of the accident. I’d give 0 stars if I could and Geico was the insurance that informed me of these facts because liberty had not told me anything about the accident.
Advice for anyone out there, do not come to this company for anything, go to Geico or any company that actually will take care of you I saved $130 by switching, this company isn’t worth it and will not fight for you or your family.

LIBERTY MUTUAL TRIED TO RIP ME OFF BY PAYING ONLY FOR REMEDIATION OF MY PROPERTY (CLEANUP) AND NOTHING FOR THE COST TO REBUILD THE PROPERTY.   TWO OF THE ADJUSTERS TRIED TO RUN THIS SCAM.  SEEMS TO BE COMPANY POLICY.  WHEN CAUGHT IN THEIR LIES THEY JUST STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINTS.  HAD TO SUE.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible, liberty mutual is absolute bush league when it comes to customer satisfaction. My wife was in an accident where she hit a deer. After she got car fixed and it was returned she got it back with every light on the dash on. It drove sloppy and jerked all over the road.( mind you she just bought this vehicle 1 year prior.) Has never been in an accident prior.  Liberty mutual never fixed any of the mechanical damage just the body work, then they made my wife pay for a diagnostic report which said the deer hit caused the bell housing to break and now she is in a fright with them over that. O yeah and on top of that they will not honor her rental insurance for a rent a car until it’s fixed correctly. Steer clear of this company at all costs!!!!!

Mismanaged my policy when an address change was requested, costing a significant amount of money. Impossible to reach when attempting to rectify the issue and when trying to switch insurers.

Been trying to get info on my auto claim and have called multiple times with no call backs from the adjuster. Horrible customer service.  Keep getting the run around telling me they will call back and I hear nothing. If anyone is looking at reviews to decide if this is an good insurance company my advice is to go with another company. Trying to get answers from them for the past 2/3 weeks has been unsuccessful. It’s clear that they don’t want to take care of their customers.

Nichole helped get our homeowners switched over and saved us more than $100 per year with some slightly better coverage.
