Steve reviewed our insurance policies and helped us lower our premiums several months ago. He answered all of our questions and took care of notifying our old insurance company. He followed up to make sure we had our insurance cards. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, he also assisted us in filing claims on both of home and car insurance policies.
