Great place to call for an insurance quote

I've had my commercial business owner's policy with this insurance company for about 3 years now. I've never had an issue with them. I was prompted to write this review upon learning we can now add certificate holders/additional insured clients onto our policy by simply logging into our Liberty Mutual online business portal! Thanks so much for adding this feature!! No more having to call or email.

A woman insured through Liberty Mutual ran a red light, admitted fault, told the police it was her fault, & also admitted to illegally going through the intersection on a red light. I retained a written statement & contact info from a witness, along with 2 different police reports. My calls, voicemails, & emails have been ignored, along with the witness' calls and voicemails. I have called corporate & customer service several times to no avail. I also reached out to the Team Manager Aaron Brown, who also does not answer nor return phone calls. I have been without a vehicle, rental vehicle, or any form of assistance for weeks while still trying to manage a business. I am a medical consultant through the Washington State Department of Health so this isn't only affecting me, but my business & medical patients alike. My next step is contacting the Washington State Insurance Commissioner & will be following up with an attorney.

Security is as helpful as they can be especially when faced with not having all the necessary information presented. Often encounter delivery drivers who do not have a last name on orders and are unable to do much as far as contacting anyone who may have placed a food order without last name. They do the best they can. They make sure the site is secure as well.

Horrible customer service was charged more then quoted and not informed be fore billed out automatically for 6 months premium. I'm looking to change companies next month.
