I have been using safeco (liberty mutual) for over 10 years...never had to file a claim until two weeks ago when I was bit by a drunk driver.

Now when I need their help they are no where to be found. They told me to take the car to a specific autobody shop to get fixed..I take it there.... now safeco is trying to steal my car! What the F! How about just fix my car or give me money to buy a new one ! But nope...they want to just steal my car and leave me carless. I cannot believe the horrible customer service of Safeco Liberty Mutual. Horrific way to treat a customer of 10 years. I will be changing companies ASAP. Definitely go  anywhere else but here

We have been satisfied insured both car and renters insurance for several years.

Don’t make a claim with them because for they cheaters and robbers. They will make you pay for it. They are scammers and terrible people.

$145 per month for a 2002 Jaguar, used the roadside service only, after having this company for almost two years, the guy who jumped my car caused the computer screen to go out, he says he's been doing roadside service for over 30 years. I went to an auto shop to get my car repaired, the mechanic confirmed car was jumped incorrectly.

This company is good but the only reason I left it because they were keep increasing my price. Please solve this issue thanks

I have been trying to get a hold of my claims manager Gregory Mitchell for 2 weeks now and he won't call me back. I Have emailed him and called him probably 20 times and I get nothing! This company is trash, as soon as they handle my claim I will be moving on!

Got hit by one of their insured customers and he totaled my truck and Ive been chasing my representative around since 12/22 and haven't gotten a call back at all! I decided to just speak to a different claim person and he helped me get an estimate and while i was at the body shop, liberty sent the wrong assignment for the other car and pretty much called me a liar when i told them they sent the wrong info. So here it is almost 3 weeks and still haven't gotten anywhere with the process of finishing the claim.Worse people ever

Unfortunately, can not give less than one star.  Would not have anything to do with this company at any location.

Liberty mutual is scamming people. They will change your premiums for no reason and not notify you. They over charge and have no customer service. I have been trying to talk to a manager for 2 days but there is never one in the office. 11am no manager 2 pm no manager. Leave a measage and no call from any managers.

Faithful client since 2006. Small business with one minor claim since 06. Decided to raise our rates by 50% with no claims for several years. Buyer beware!

This insurance is making money out of people,its almost a week we dealing with them we have two claim and they said oh your deductible is $1000 so it's still coming out of your pocket,man we paying this company for nothing,yes Blair I fired Roto Rooter because everytime they found a small leaking the Plummer come in and they charge us $350 and now your insurance is not helping at all,Molly knows we out of water for three days now and she dont want to give us hotel like u guys r pay for our insurance,we paying and when u make claim so they can help nope they not going to help they just give u stress,now we trying to contact Molly and still no answer from her,time for us to change insurance

Terrible customer service.

Was provided misinformation by an agent, which led me to make a decision regarding a claim, and then when I called to discuss this misinformation, I was told that there is nothing they could do about it.

Additionally, I have called my agent and left numerous messages with no response back. There is no consistency with who you are dealing with within the company and thus no accountability on their side.
