I am new to Liberty Mutual and was having difficulty setting up my online login to sign my insurance documents. Another rep had advised me to call the customer service line. Steve just happened to call me to introduce himself and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I explained my problem thinking he would direct me to customer service as well. But he didn't! It took him something like two minutes to fix the issue and get me ready to go. It saved me so much time.
His fast customer service was very much appreciated. I told him he is a star, and I really mean that. I'm old school and truly appreciate it when I get good customer service. Hopefully, login issues will be the biggest problem I ever have for Steve to solve. But, if something more serious happens, I will have confidence that he will be there to help.
