All seemed well, until you need to talk to him. Then you have to talk with someone from out of state, just to get a live person. Oh, and his coverage didn't pan out as he stated. Still can't call or text him. He won't call back. Customer services is not. Must be too busy.

Thomas McClure is a super great agent. He is so knowledgeable and very personable. Insurance, in general, sucks, but I feel like Thomas helped and at least made the process a little better. I definitely recommend him.
