I've always had terrible experiences with my auto and homeowners insurance, that is until I gave Spencer a call. He will go above and beyond what I have seen any other insurance agent do. He will make sure I get the best deal, don't pay for things I don't need, and always recommend the best option. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, because I already recommend him to my own mother. He has saved my parents hundreds of dollars on their insurance as well as my own! He's always available and if he can't get to the phone I never have a doubt in my mind he will give me a call back as soon as he can!

If you are looking for an amazing agent then Spencer is your guy! After getting a a few quotes and comparing my current insurance company with what Spencer quoted me, hands down he was the best! I have been working with Spencer for the past 3 years and he was always able to take care of things and find me a lower rate with very little back and fourth. You aren't dealing with Liberty Mutual customer service, you are working with him and Paige which is a HUGE difference in efficiency, as you don't need to speak with different departments if bundling coverage. They also work with other providers then Liberty Mutual, and look for the best rates they can get you.

Both my home and auto policies renew after the holidays and 2022's rates came back much higher then the rates I paid in 2021. Shopping around for insurance quotes during the holidays is dreadful. Paige was simply amazing and was able to get my home insurance renewal rate down by $900, and my auto down by $300 in the SAME brief phone call. Paige also was able to bundle my auto and travel trailer, so it dropped the rate on the trailer, while also ensuring the PIP coverage was not more then it needed to be. I will never work directly with an insurance company again and HIGHLY recommend these two for all your insurance needs.

Immediate responses, professional, courteous, respectful and always trying to lower your price for the coverage you need! .....to the review that said go to state farm for a lower price hahahahaha..... I personally wouldn't advise using liberty mutual whatsoever. They can't handle correct billing and they wait 3 months to let you know there is a problem that their system effectively created. A very reactionary company that obviously only cares about the bottom line. Their rates are nothing special and can do nothing to help you when they screw up. Spencer is a nice guy, but nice doesn't mean good and was unable to solve the issue his company created. I work for one of the biggest lenders in America where we deal with insurance on the regular. The excuse I got from Spencer was terrible as Liberty is a multi billion dollar company. At the end of the day, nobody cared enough to correct the issue, they only care about the money! Go to State Farm, they'll beat any deal Liberty can offer. Steer clear from this agency.

Spencer gave us a combined home and auto insurance quote! He was very courteous, enthusiastic and gave a really fair price.
