How do I pay my bill online?

You can pay your bill in your eService account. Through eService you can either set up a one-time payment or set up recurring payments with either your credit card or checking or savings account. Log in or Register for eService.

Policies automatically paid through a monthly payroll deduction or by your mortgage company cannot be paid online. Please Contact Us for assistance.

How can I confirm that my online bill payment has been scheduled or processed?

Once you have made a payment online, you will see a confirmation on screen, and you will also receive an email confirmation that your payment has been scheduled. To confirm your payment was processed and approved, Log in to your eService account to check its status.

Can I set up a recurring payment on my credit card?

Yes, in addition to recurring payments from your checking or savings account, you can set up recurring credit card payments through eService. Log in to your eService account or Register.

Will my current bill be paid if I set up a recurring payment today?

If you are enrolling in a recurring plan prior to your Payment Due Date, the Current Amount due will be spread over your remaining installments. You will need to pay your current bill separately if your Payment Due Date is passed. New recurring payments or changes made to recurring payments will take effect for your next bill.

How do I change the email address for my billing notifications?

Log in to your eService account and click on the "Update my contact information" link in the "My Profile" section of the eService homepage.

What types of payment methods are accepted online?

You may pay your bill online with a checking account, savings account or one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. (Note: American Express is not accepted for Life Insurance contract payments).
