What You'll Need to Register Your Account

To register your online account, you'll need to have your policy on-hand and the following information ready:
  • Your policy number.
  • Your ZIP code.
  • Your full name as it appears on your policy.
For security reasons, we may ask you to provide other policy information as well.

Once you to your new online account, you can easily add any additional Liberty Mutual policies you may have.

Managing Your Policies Online

Once you've registered, you can usefully manage many aspects of your insurance policies:
  • Pay your bills by credit card1 or by checking or savings account withdrawal.
  • Set up automatic payments from your checking or savings account (Electronic Funds Transfer), or using a credit card.
  • Go paperless and view your billing and policy documents online.
  • Electronically sign documents.
  • Add or remove a vehicle or driver.
  • Adjust the withdrawal date of an automatic payment.

Make sure to have your policy on hand when you register. Enter your policy number and name as it appears on your policy. You may also need to enter other policy information to verify your identity.
