Report and Track Your Claim Online
To report your claim online, simply log in (from your computer or mobile device) and answer some simple questions about your claim. You will then receive a claim number and, if necessary, a Liberty Mutual claim representative will contact you - usually within one business day.

You can also track the status of a claim online. Once the claim has been filed you can:
  • View your claim information
  • Contact your claim representative
  • Send us photos and documents
  • Find appraisal information
  • View payment details
  • Change your contact information
Sign Up for SMS/Text Alerts
Sign up for SMS/text message alerts to receive notifications on the status of your claim. Text message updates could include the acknowledgement of your claim, availability of your estimate, or updates on your payment status. Log in to eService to get started.1
