Online ─ Log in to our eService site and answer some simple questions about your claim. Once you're done, you'll receive a unique claim number you can use to track your claim later. If necessary, a Liberty Mutual claims representative will contact you shortly.

By App ─ In addition to reporting your claim, the Liberty Mutual mobile app allows you to map your location via GPS and take pictures of your damage to help you record key details. Available for both iPhone and Android devices.

By Phone ─ You can always call
1-844-525-2467 and speak to a claims representative. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tracking Your Claim Is Just as Easy
Our online Claims Status page lets you track your claim's progress whenever you want. You can:

Other Ways to Stay Informed
You can also keep tabs on your claim through text alerts. Sent directly to your phone, these alerts will update you on the availability of your estimate, changes to your payment status, and more. To sign up, log in to eService.1
