A: Liberty Mutual customers can log in to view their policy online.

A: Making changes to your policy is easy with Online Policy Change. You can update your coverage, drivers, vehicles, contact information, and other information relevant to your policy.

Changes that impact your premium come with an updated insurance quote that's good for 14 days and can be completed at your convenience. Please register here if you don't already have an online account.

A: How quickly a policy change goes into effect depends on both the type of change you're making, as well as the timing of your change with respect to your policy.

That said, some policy changes go into effect immediately. You can also elect a future start date of a policy change when making those changes online. And of course, we're always available by phone if you have follow-up questions regarding your policy change.

A: At Liberty Mutual, we're committed to helping our customers understand which coverage options and discounts are available to them. That way, you pay for everything you need and nothing you don't.

When you get a quote online, we ask simple questions to learn a little bit more about you and your eligible discounts. Where applicable, these discounts are then added to your quote and your final rate.

Once you become a Liberty Mutual customer, you can find all active savings applied to your policies by selecting Policies, then scrolling down to Policy Savings in the dropdown.
