What is Roadside Assistance?
If your vehicle ever breaks down, we won't leave you stranded. Our optional 24-Hour Roadside Assistance coverage will get you moving again - we'll even make the arrangements.1 Visit Online Policy Change to add this coverage to your policy.
What Does Roadside Assistance Include?
Towing to the Nearest Qualified Facility
If your car cannot be safely moved under its own power, your tow will be covered up to the amount of coverage you've purchased (also referred to as "coverage radius"). The tow must be arranged by Liberty Mutual to the nearest qualified repair facility.

Jump Starting a Dead Battery
We'll give you a jump and make sure the car is running well enough to make it to your destination.

Delivering Emergency Fuel
We'll provide you with enough gas to get back on the road and to the nearest service station (cost of fuel not included).

Changing a Flat Tire
Whether a tire blows out on the road or you return to the car to find a flat, we'll remove the tire and install the spare.

Unlocking Vehicle Doors
If the keys get locked inside the car, our technician will be there to open the door.
